We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal advisors, and external parties
• Monitor contract performance, renewals, and amendments
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts
