What You?ll Do Write clear, compelling, and culturally intelligent content across platforms: website, blog, social media, newsletters, case studies, and more. Develop thought leadership content in partnership with our founders and research team. Translate AI/tech research into accessible language and human-centered stories. Collaborate on storytelling for product launches, campaigns, or community partnerships. Maintain EQTY LYFE?s tone, voice, and values across all content. Help shape messaging frameworks and editorial standards. Who You Are A strong, strategic writer with a voice that can adapt for various audiences (tech, social impact, Gen Z, policymakers, etc.). Deeply aligned with equity, justice, and human-centered innovation. Able to take technical or abstract ideas and make them visceral and compelling. Self-directed, reliable, and collaborative. Requirements 3+ years of professional writing experience ? agency, brand, editorial, or journalism. Portfolio of diverse content ? ideally including tech, social justice, or ethical innovation. Deep understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and tone of voice. Excellent command of grammar, story structure, and persuasive language. Strong research and interviewing skills. Bonus Points Experience writing about AI, data ethics, or public interest technology. Background in journalism, communications, or digital storytelling. Understanding of inclusive language and cultural nuance. Experience working with product teams or UX copy.
