Job Description

As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for our IT services, software solutions, and digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and branding team to develop high-quality content that drives brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities :

• Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, websites, landing pages, case studies, articles, and service pages.
• Create technical content related to software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud computing, AI, DevOps, and other IT-related technologies.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics and transform technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices, keyword research, and content structuring techniques.
• Assist in creating content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create content for social media posts, email campaigns, marketing materials, and branding initiatives.
• Proofread, edit, and optimize content to maintain quality, clarity, and consistency in tone.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and technical teams to develop innovative content ideas and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends, SEO updates, and content marketing practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining creativity and writing quality.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3–6 months of internship experience to a maximum of 1 year of experience in content writing or technical content writing.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software technologies, and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with SEO writing, keyword optimization, and content marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to research technical topics and create engaging, user-friendly content independently.
• Creative mindset with strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Passion for technology, storytelling, and digital content creation.
