Content Writer – Education & Thought Leadership

Role Value Proposition

This role is for a writer who wants to do more than create social media posts. You will help shape conversations around education, learning, nature, and the future of young people.

At CFAL, we work closely with educators, researchers, environmentalists, and people deeply engaged with learning and nature. Your role will be to listen, understand their ideas, and translate them into clear, compelling writing that can reach students, parents, and the larger community.

You will:

• Write blogs and articles on education, learning methods, and student development
• Interview and interact with educators, naturists, environmentalists, and researchers connected with our work
• Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging stories and insights
• Create thoughtful captions, hooks, and short-form content that communicate these ideas on social media
• Help build a body of writing that reflects the values and thinking behind our institution

First 30 Days – Key Expectation

In the first month, we will evaluate whether you can consistently write compelling captions, hooks, and short pieces that capture attention and communicate ideas clearly.
