Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Content Writer & Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our on-site team in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging educational blogs, optimizing our website content, writing compelling social media copy, providing high-quality voiceovers in both English and Hindi, and managing our day-to-day social media postings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website & Blog Content: Research and write well-structured, SEO-friendly blog posts and website copy related to Ayurveda, holistic health, treatments, and patient wellness.
• Social Media Writing: Craft engaging captions, scripts for Reels/Shorts, and promotional copy for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Bilingual Voiceover Production: Record clear, professional, and soothing voiceovers in both English and Hindi for our social media videos, patient testimonials, and educational content.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across all platforms, ensuring a consistent posting cadence.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages, maintaining an active and responsive presence on our social channels.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all written and audio content aligns with the compassionate and healing tone of our hospital.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer and Social Media Manager, or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Fluency in English and Hindi with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• A clear, confident speaking voice with the ability to record high-quality audio for voiceovers.
• Experience managing social media accounts and using content creation/scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer).
• A genuine interest in or knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, and natural healthcare is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for blog writing.
• Must be located in or willing to commute daily to our office in Chandigarh.
