Job Title: Content Writer Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Experience: 3-5 years About the Role: We?re looking for a passionate and skilled content writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, experience with writing influencer scripts, short form and long form content and a collaborative spirit to work closely with the in-house team and the clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research, brainstorm ideas, and craft compelling scripts for videos across various platforms. Modify scripts to suit different formats such as short-form (Instagram Reels) and long-form (YouTube, DVCs etc.). Create content that resonates with the target audience while staying aligned with platform trends. Portray the brand authentically and consistently across all video content. Uphold a tone and style aligned with brand values to build trust and audience loyalty. Requirements: Proven experience as a Copywriter, Script Writer, or similar role. Exceptional command of English and strong storytelling skills. Ability to translate ideas into clear, persuasive, and creative messaging. Familiarity with digital content strategy (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Bachelor?s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred). Bonus Points: Prior experience writing influencer-driven content or collaborating with creators. Understanding of social media trends, virality triggers, and platform algorithms. Ability to ideate and contribute creatively beyond writing (campaign ideas, hooks, etc.). Portfolio showcasing diverse formats ? blogs, scripts, ad copies, and social media content.
