Content Strategist

🚀 We’re Hiring: Channel Manager / Content Operations & Growth Executive (Offline) — The Fashion Verge (1.6M+ subs)

The Fashion Verge is a large-scale YouTube channel in fashion + lifestyle. We’re looking for a high-ownership execution lead who can run the content engine end-to-end—planning, scheduling, distribution, community, and brand coordination—so the creator can focus on performance and production.

📍 Location: In-office (offline) at our office

🕒 Type: Full-time

🎓 Qualification: Any degree (experience + hunger matters more)

✅ Content Planning & Workflow

• Weekly/monthly content calendar (Long videos + Shorts + Community posts)
• Track everything: idea → script → shoot → edit → thumbnail → upload → distribution
• Coordinate editors, thumbnails, deadlines, and approvals

✅ Distribution & Repurposing

• Turn already-shot footage into Shorts/Reels/posts/stories
• Write hooks, captions, descriptions, pinned comments, basic SEO
• Build a 7–10 day distribution plan for every long video

✅ Brand & Collab Coordination

• Handle brand communication, briefs, timelines, approvals
• Manage deliverables + maintain a simple brand pipeline (CRM)
• Coordinate shoot-day logistics for collaborations

✅ Community Management

• Engage with audience, manage comments, polls, forms, community posts
• Bring back insights (what audience wants, what’s working, what to improve)

• 1–3 years experience in content/social media/creator ecosystem/marketing execution
• Strong ownership (you don’t wait—you move)
• Comfortable working offline from office in HYDERABAD
• Understanding of YouTube workflows (thumbnail/title coordination, consistency, retention mindset)

Bonus: Notion/Google Sheets, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Canva, basic analytics.
