Role Description This is a full-time Content Specialist role based in South Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing part of the work to be completed from home. The Content Specialist will plan, write, and manage digital content for Juniper Outdoor’s website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. The role includes developing content strategies that highlight trip formats, itineraries, safety information, and brand stories, while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. Daily tasks involve researching adventure travel topics, collaborating with trip leaders and operations teams for accurate information, updating content libraries, and optimizing content for engagement and clarity. The Content Specialist will also monitor content performance, recommend improvements, and maintain an organized content calendar aligned with marketing and seasonal trip schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and interpersonal Communication skills.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for digital platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Experience with Content Management tools and workflows.
• Attention to detail, including grammar, structure, and clarity in all content.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in adventure travel, trekking, or the outdoors; prior industry experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
