Role Overview:

As a Content Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational side of client accounts while ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams.

You will act as the bridge between strategy, execution, and client retention.

The role requires strong ownership, communication, process management, and people coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of content and client delivery workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, content, strategy, and outreach
  • Ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables are managed efficiently
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
  • Improve client retention through proactive coordination and smooth execution
  • Identify operational gaps and build systems/processes for efficiency
  • Track project progress, team accountability, and performance metrics
  • Manage internal reporting, documentation, and workflow organisation
  • Assist leadership in streamlining operations and scaling execution capacity


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing content operations, account operations, or client delivery
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and internal stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with remote teams and async workflows is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in content agencies, founder-led startups, branding firms, or marketing teams
  • Exposure to client servicing, operations, or retention-focused roles
  • Understanding of social media/content workflows and team coordination
