🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead MobiKwik’s content strategy and execution across platforms. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will shape brand narratives, mentor a strong content team, and drive measurable impact through content.

🧩 What You’ll Do

📌 Content Strategy & Planning

• Design and execute a comprehensive content roadmap aligned with MobiKwik’s brand and marketing goals
• Partner with marketing, product, design, and growth teams to define content tone, style, and objectives

✍️ Content Creation & Execution

• Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing assets
• Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and tailored to the target audience
• Develop customer-centric content across the entire customer journey — awareness to conversion and retention

📖 Brand Storytelling

• Craft compelling narratives that communicate MobiKwik’s mission, vision, and product value
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels by working closely with creative and product teams

👥 Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of writers, editors, and freelancers
• Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and high-quality execution

📊 Performance & Optimization

• Track content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategy based on insights
• Experiment with new formats and storytelling approaches to drive engagement and growth

🔍 Market & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging formats, and audience behavior
• Bring best practices into the content ecosystem to stay ahead in a competitive fintech space

🧠 What You Bring

✅ Experience & Expertise

• 8–10 years of content experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Proven success in building content strategies for digital-first brands (fintech/tech preferred)

✨ Skills That Matter

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid understanding of SEO, CMS platforms, and content analytics
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across multiple platforms
• Create high quality content for social media (all platforms and all types: long form videos, reels, statics and carousels), CRM channels (notifications, emails), in-app banners and internal communication assets.

🧭 Leadership & Strategy

• Strong people leadership and mentorship skills
• Excellent project management and prioritization abilities
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation and personalization
• Data-driven mindset balanced with creative thinking

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
• Exposure to multimedia formats (video scripts, podcasts) is a plus
