Position: Content Evaluation Specialist (Security Studies / Military History)

Compensation: $ 10 - $16/hr

Location: India

Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI generated content for factual accuracy, clarity, and guideline adherence within security and conflict domains.
• Execute scripted and exploratory testing to assess AI behavior across strategic and tactical scenarios.
• Apply structured evaluation and labeling frameworks with high consistency and objectivity.
• Document findings clearly and deliver actionable insights to support research iteration and improvement.
• Maintain neutrality and professional judgment when assessing sensitive or safety critical material.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment and consistency across evaluation teams.
• Enforce ethical and safety standards throughout all content evaluation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final year enrollment in Security Studies, Defence Studies, Military History, Public Safety, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of security dynamics, conflict analysis, and risk assessment principles.
• Excellent English reading comprehension with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze strategic and tactical information objectively under sensitive conditions.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical reasoning and judgment.
• Awareness of ethical and safety considerations in content evaluation contexts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary research teams.
