Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create learning content for Global customers.
• Responsible for developing and curriculum design of technical training for our global customers in various technology domains.
• Ability to visualize and develop courses for ILTs/vILTs and E-learning for the customer on various aspects of technology.
• Read, research, and analyze technical content that helps our clients learn better.
• Should have excellent presentation skills along with zeal to understand and explain the technical details in an easy way to the participants.
• Learn and use latest content creation tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good facilitation skills, and excellent presentation skills.
• Should have a detailed understanding of MS Powerpoint and Excel.
• Experience with tools such as Camtasia and storyline articulation will be an add on
• Should be open to learning new technologies and cross-domain competence flexibility.
