Content Creator Intern

Careflick is building AI-powered solutions for senior care. Our mission is to make caregiving more human, personalized, and emotionally supportive through technology. We work with senior living communities, care providers, caregivers, and older adults to improve care coordination, engagement, and wellbeing.

We are looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Content Creator Intern to help us tell meaningful stories across digital channels.

As a Content Creator Intern, you will help create engaging visual and written content for Careflick’s brand, product, and community-building efforts. You will work on social media posts, newsletters, short videos, product explainers, caregiver-focused content, and campaign assets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, design, video, social media, and healthcare/impact-driven work.

Create visual content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Design posts, carousels, infographics, and simple campaign creatives.

Write and format newsletters for caregivers, senior care leaders, and partners.

Create short-form videos, reels, demo snippets, and founder/product-led content.

Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social posts, visuals, and email content.

Support content calendars, campaign planning, and publishing workflows.

Research trends in caregiving, senior care, aging, dementia care, and AI.

Collaborate with the team to develop content around product launches, customer stories, events, and thought leadership.

Maintain consistency with careflick’s brand tone, visuals, and messaging.

Strong interest in content creation, design, storytelling, and social media.

Design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar.

Ability to create and edit short videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar.

Good writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar.

Comfortable working with AI tools for ideation, content drafting, design, and video workflows.

Interest in healthcare, senior care, caregiving, aging, or social impact.

Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a startup environment.

A portfolio, Instagram page, LinkedIn posts, video samples, or design work is a plus.
