Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in New Delhi, focused on appearing in and contributing to video content. In this position, you will feature in videos across social media and digital platforms, presenting healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle topics in an engaging and accessible way. You will collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to ideate concepts, script and outline video narratives, and participate in shoots and recordings. Daily responsibilities include preparing for on-camera appearances, reviewing scripts, providing creative input, and working with videographers and editors to refine final content. You will also help adapt video content for different channels, support campaign launches, and align messaging with MantraCare’s brand, values, and evidence-based approach to care.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-camera presence, clear communication skills, and the ability to explain complex health and wellness topics in a simple, relatable manner.
• Candidates should possess content creation abilities such as basic scripting, storyboarding, and ideation for short- and long-form video content.
• Candidates should possess collaboration skills, including working effectively with marketing, creative, and clinical teams and responding well to feedback and direction.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and an understanding of audience engagement and digital storytelling.
• Candidates should possess an interest in healthcare, mental health, or wellness; prior experience in health communication, media, or performing arts is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess strong time management skills, reliability in an on-site environment, and comfort with a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, media, performing arts, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered.
