Job Description

We’re looking for 1 Male Creator and 1 Female Creator to join our agency full-time and become the face of content across exciting digital IPs.

If you love being on camera, enjoy creating content, understand internet culture, and want to grow as a creator while working with a team that has scaled multiple pages and creators — this role is for you.

Location: Bengaluru (Preferred)

Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher / Early-stage creators can apply

CTC: 4,00,000

Your Job role includes-

Be the face of short-form video content across Instagram & YouTube
Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions
Create engaging, relatable, and trend-aware content
Shoot videos with the in-house production team
Collaborate with writers, editors, and strategists
Experiment with different formats, hooks, and storytelling styles
Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and creator culture
Build your own personal brand alongside agency projects

Who we are looking for-

Someone comfortable in front of the camera
Strong screen presence and communication skills
Passionate about content creation and social media
Naturally expressive, entertaining, or relatable
Interested in learning storytelling, performance, and content strategy
Consistent, collaborative, and open to feedback
Prior content creation experience is a plus, but not mandatory
