If you can write an ad that gets the click, a landing page that gets the lead, and an email that gets the reply — and then turn around and write the article that ranks and builds trust — this seat is built for you. We're hiring a Content & Copywriter who lives in the world of persuasion but can also carry the editorial load: someone who thinks in hooks, objections, and CTAs, and can prove it with results. Most of the work is conversion copy; the rest is the SEO and long-form content that feeds the top of the funnel. You'll write for education and lifestyle brands across India, the Middle East, and Europe, inside a team that treats words as a revenue lever, not decoration.


What you'll do

  • Write copy for Meta and Google Ads campaigns: headlines, primary text, and CTAs built to earn the click and the conversion.
  • Handle landing page and website copy from start to finish, from the message hierarchy down to the CTA.
  • Write email sequences that hold the client's voice and move readers toward one clear action.
  • Audit live ads, pages, and emails against their performance data, then rewrite the parts that aren't pulling their weight.
  • Run A/B tests on hooks and CTAs and use what wins to shape the next round.
  • Write blogs, articles, and long-form content that ranks and builds trust for the brand.
  • Do your own keyword research and fold it into content without making it read like it was written for a search engine.
  • Adjust your voice for each client and each format, whether that's a 40-character headline or a 1,200-word article.
  • Act as the writing contact for your clients: understand what they're after, deliver it, and report back on how it's performing.
  • Work with the performance, design, and dev teams so the ad, the page, and the funnel all line up.


What you'll bring (Must-haves)

  • At least 2 years of agency experience writing both conversion copy and editorial content.
  • A portfolio that shows both sides: copy that got results, and content that reads well and keeps people reading.
  • A working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads and the basics of direct-response writing.
  • SEO-aware writing. You can work keywords into a piece without letting them flatten it.
  • Solid editing and proofreading. Your work goes out clean and consistent.
  • The range to move between short copy and long articles, juggle a few clients at once, and meet deadlines.
  • Clear, accurate English and easy communication with a team.


Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with direct-response frameworks like PAS or AIDA, and the ability to talk through why they work.
  • Enough comfort in Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics to back up a copy change with numbers.
  • Experience with SEO tools and writing for a few different industries, such as education, e-commerce, or B2B.
