We are building a modern investment-first brand focused on affluent and emerging affluent investors in India. We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused Content & Creative Associate who understands how content influences trust, perception, and conversion in fintech.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with a fintech brand, startup, or creative agency and knows how to create high-quality content across social media, paid campaigns, short-form videos, and performance creatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Create high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Design and execute creatives for paid ads, performance campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Work on reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, carousels, and static creatives.
  • Translate financial and investment concepts into simple, engaging, premium-looking content.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and growth teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Build content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, market trends, and investor behaviour.
  • Understand hooks, retention, CTA psychology, and conversion-driven storytelling.
  • Repurpose long-form content into snackable social-first formats.
  • Maintain brand consistency across tone, design language, and communication.
  • Stay updated with fintech trends, creator formats, algorithm shifts, and content methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in content, creative strategy, social media, or performance marketing.
  • Prior experience at a fintech startup, investment platform, BFSI company, or creative/performance agency preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social-first content and modern ad creatives.
  • Understanding of content frameworks such as:
  • Hook → Story → CTA
  • AIDA
  • UGC-style creatives
  • Founder-led storytelling
  • Performance content methodologies
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics and premium brand communication.
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Understanding of audience psychology, investor behaviour, and trust-led communication is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of paid marketing creatives and conversion metrics preferred.
Bonus Points If You
  • Have worked on finance, investment, wealth, or startup brands.
  • Understand performance marketing and growth funnels.
  • Can shoot/edit content independently.
  • Have experience managing creators, influencers, or UGC workflows.
  • Follow global fintech, luxury, or modern consumer brands closely.
