The Opportunity Join our dynamic end-to-end testing team of 15+ professionals within the Financial Service acceptance and acquiring tribe, with colleagues based across Belgium, Germany, Italy and India. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of all products across our financial services portfolio, working as an enabler for multiple development teams. In this role, you'll work on the technical side by testing applications, automating the test cases and managing our test automation tools while building a strong understanding of the business requirements. For our team it is crucial to combine both worlds to ensure our end users have a smooth payment experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios for Financial Service acceptance and acquiring products Manage our test automation tools to keep them up to date, up and running and provide support to our test team in case of issues with our tooling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards across the entire product lifecycle Develop and maintain automated end-to-end test frameworks as an enabler for multiple development teams across the tribe Support clients with their user acceptance tests to ensure successful product implementation Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with development teams for resolution Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice this means: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in test automation, preferably on complex systems Should have 6-8 years of exp in Testing. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar IT-focused education Good knowledge of Unix systems, SQL databases Experience with developing in Python/Robot Framework and job scheduling Strong oral and written English communication skills Willingness to learn, improve, and natural drive to take ownership of responsibilities Experience with defect management tools like JIRA Knowledge of financial services are advantageous but not required Why Join Us?
