Job Title: Consultant – Mobilization and Training for ITI & NSTI Learners

➡️About the Program:

A CSR based program that aims to strengthen employability and AI awareness among ITI, NSTI
students, and faculty.

The program blends mentor-led sessions with self-paced modules on
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Career Management, and Digital Literacy.

Consultants will play a dual role mobilization and training delivery ensuring that institutes and
learners are effectively boarded and engaged.

✅Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobilization & Outreach

• Establish and maintain relationships with Government and Private ITIs, NSTIs, and local
vocational training institutes.

• Liaise with principals, training officers, and local government officials to facilitate institutelevel onboarding.

• Mobilize student and faculty participation through on-ground visits, awareness sessions,
and institute-level orientations.

• Support signing of MoUs and data coordination.

• Identify regional opportunities for scaling the program across nearby districts.

2. Training Delivery

• Deliver predefined curriculum modules on:
o Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (conceptual awareness and use cases in
trades)

o Career Management Essentials (résumé building, communication, interviews)

o Cybersecurity Basics

• Facilitate in-person sessions using provided lesson plans and presentation materials.

• Conduct periodic assessments, collect feedback, and submit training reports.

• Travel is a mandatory expectation of this dual role.

➡️Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
• Graduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Social Sciences).
• Technical background not mandatory; training experience is essential.

➡️Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training, mobilization, or educational program delivery.

• Prior experience with government institutions, especially ITIs or skilling programs, preferred.

✅Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English/regional language proficiency
required).

• Comfortable using digital tools and online learning platforms.

• Ability to build institutional relationships and motivate learners.

• Confident delivery of content post Training of Trainers (ToT).

• Self-driven, organized, and willing to travel within assigned districts.
Reporting & Coordination:

• Reports to State Program Manager / Regional Coordinator.

• Works closely with the Technical Lead and Program team for data and compliance
reaporting.

• Expected to maintain weekly schedules, attendance logs, and training reports.
