About The Role As a Construction Project Manager, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the CREWS ? Design & Project Management team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction (Interior Fit Outs) projects within our real estate function. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve workflows while upholding our commitment to quality and continuous learning. In This Role, You Will Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution. Lead and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and site workers, providing direction and support to achieve project goals. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all construction work meets the company's standards and specifications. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and safety. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and facilities management to integrate their requirements into construction plans. Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services within budget constraints. Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide updates to senior management. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Incorporate sustainable construction practices and materials to promote environmental responsibility. What you must have to be considered Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the corporate real estate of the IT industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and materials. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.
