Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Regular travel to job sites will be required for site walkthroughs and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to assess progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
