Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.

2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

3. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

4. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

5. Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.

6. Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports.

7. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

8. Ensure efficient procurement and utilization of materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or Construction Management

Experience

5–10+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in construction management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD

2. Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budget management

3. Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings
