Computer Aided Design Drafter

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CAD Design Drafter to join our engineering team in Pune. This role is responsible for developing high-quality electromechanical and mechanical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documentation that support new product development and engineering initiatives. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams, the CAD Design Drafter will transform engineering concepts into accurate production-ready designs while ensuring compliance with drafting standards and manufacturing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SolidWorks, experience with Product Data Management (PDM), and a solid understanding of mechanical design principles. In addition to core drafting responsibilities, this role will provide technical guidance to junior team members, review design quality, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
