WHERE YOU FIT IN The Computational Chemistry and Material Sciences (CCMS) team specializes in molecular-simulation derived insights and chemical process optimization. It accelerates technology maturation journey (from discovery to deployment), addresses critical technical and operational challenges for Shell WHAT?S THE ROLE? The incumbent is expected to deliver value, for complex high profile molecular modelling projects across Shell, on time and with high quality. He/She is expected to collaborate with other project members as natural teams (internally and externally) and ensure delivery on high-stake energy transition projects WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU PhD in Computational Chemistry and Material Science, Chemo-informatics, Computational Physics, or equivalent Good knowledge of at least on programming languages (Python, Java, or languages supporting mathematical/statistical modelling) Strong research credentials supported by peer reviewed journal publications Problem-solving mindset to address technical challenges, objectively and ability to manage stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
