Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include managing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to standardize processes. The Compliance Specialist will also serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and contribute to a culture of integrity within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance processes
• Strong knowledge of Legal Compliance standards and policies
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear guidance and articulate complex compliance issues
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Experience in global or regional compliance operations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance are a plus
