🚨 Hiring Alert | Compliance Officer – GIFT City

We are looking for a Compliance Officer for one of the Leading Financial Services Firm based at GIFT City.

📍 Location: GIFT City (Work From Office – 5 Days)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in compliance related to FME and SEZ regulations for GIFT City

• Ensuring timely and accurate periodic filings as per SEZ and IFSCA regulations

• Coordinating with Administrator, Bank Custodian, Clients, and internal teams

• Reviewing and drafting Fund Documents, Constitutional Documents, and Policies

• Supporting AML compliance processes

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

✔ CS or LLB qualification preferred

✔ Strong understanding of IFSC regulatory framework

🔹 Skill Set:

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes

✅ Must have IFSC knowledge
