Compliance Manager (Freelancer)

As a Compliance Manager you will lead the company’s compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement effective compliance training programs.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify risk areas.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on regulatory changes and potential impacts.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documents.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Experience in compliance management or legal advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and risk management skills.
• Degree in Law, Business, or related field.
