This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah, for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The individual will manage and execute compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with market standards and company objectives. Responsibilities include conducting job evaluations, administering employee benefits, developing and implementing effective compensation plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Collaboration with the HR team to analyze and optimize compensation strategies will also be a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits strategies
• Experience with Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits programs
• Skills in performing and analyzing Job Evaluations
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and industry standards for pay and benefits
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
