We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Associate – Company Secretarial Services to join our growing compliance team at Kochi.

Trainee Associate – Company Secretarial Services

Nandanam Arcade, Thozhuthingal Lane, Mamangalam, Kochi – 682024

• Candidates pursuing Company Secretary (CS) course
• (Cleared Executive or Professional Modules)
• or
• Candidates who have completed CS Articleship / Practical Training.

• Assisting in company incorporation and startup compliance services.
• Handling end-to-end incorporation processes including:
• SPICe+ forms
• MOA & AOA drafting and filing
• MCA registrations and related compliances
• Preparation and filing of forms on the MCA-21 portal.
• Assisting in:
• Annual Return filings
• DIR-3 / DIR-3 KYC compliances
• DPT-3 filings
• Other Companies Act, 2013 compliances
• Maintaining compliance records and documentation.
• Coordinating with clients for collection of required documents and information.
• Supporting the team in corporate law research and regulatory updates.

• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Practical knowledge of MCA portal filings.
• Good drafting and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
