Community Moderator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Community Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment within our gaming community.

Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user activity for violations of community guidelines
• Identify, document, and report inappropriate or harmful behavior
• Escalate serious incidents to the internal team following defined processes
• Ensure community standards are consistently upheld
• Provide regular reports and insights on user behavior trends

Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 year
• Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and follow moderation guidelines
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Previous moderation or community management experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online gaming or digital communities
• Familiarity with community safety and compliance standards
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
