Community Mobilizer

Job description:

The Mobiliser is responsible for social / community mobilization of prospecting candidates within the targeted area to enroll interested candidates for Short Term Skill Training courses in our Hosur Centre funded by a MNC company for a B2B training engagement

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify candidates of suitable trades & enroll them for skill development training on Technical domain.
• Need to conduct field work on baseline surveys campaign in the targeted or local areas.
• Co-ordinate & Mobilize candidates through college presentation, meeting with govt & administrative stakeholders, door-to-door, and using canopy marketing, focus group discussions, i.e. Gram Panchayat, village & higher foot fall areas of the locality etc.
• Exposure to all elements of data collection & interact with the youth and counsel them for vocational training.
• Networking and coordination with Principals and Teachers at school to get a potential list of students.
• Should be proficient in Tamil, Kannada & English

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• The candidate who has a minimum of 4-5 years of exposure in community mobilization in previous role is suitable for the role
• Ability to commute/relocate to Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
• License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
