Title: Social Engagement/Community Manager – B2B SaaS
Experience: 5+ years
Work Hours: 7:30 PM-4:30 AM IST
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Social Engagement Manager to own social media, community engagement, and video storytelling across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora. This role focuses on building thought leadership, increasing visibility in AI-driven search, and supporting GTM and pipeline growth—especially across SAP modernization, finance automation, and cloud workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and technical communities
- Own YouTube content strategy aligned with GTM campaigns and thought leadership
- Drive platform-specific engagement (shorts, AMAs, community posts, threads)
- Activate employees and executives as brand advocates
- Build relationships with industry and SAP community influencers
- Seed and sustain conversations in AI-indexed platforms to improve AI search visibility
- Track engagement, share of voice, and AI search impact
Requirements
- 5+ years in social, community, or digital brand roles (B2B SaaS / enterprise tech preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, or Quora
- Understanding of AI-driven discovery and community-led growth
- Strong copywriting and stakeholder management skills
- SAP ecosystem exposure is a strong plus
