Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Nagpur. The Community Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for members, managing day-to-day operations, and facilitating member engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing member onboarding, organizing events, resolving member inquiries, maintaining the work environment, and ensuring seamless communication across various channels. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance member satisfaction and build a strong sense of community within the workspace.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Proven ability in event planning and community engagement
  • Experience in team collaboration and customer service
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools for client management and communication
  • Organizational and time management expertise
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with coworking spaces or similar work environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
