Community Manager

The Role

We are looking for a warm, articulate, and genuinely people-first individual to be the primary point of contact for parents — from the moment they first inquire to long after their child is enrolled. This is not a sales role in the traditional sense. It is a relationship role with a conversion responsibility. The right person for this position talks to parents the way a trusted friend would — honestly, specifically, and without pressure.

What You Will Do

Respond to all incoming leads — via WhatsApp, JustDial, Instagram, and phone — within 2 hours, every time. Invite interested parents for a trial session and guide them through the enrollment process. Onboard every new family personally — ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their decision. Be present at Saturday sessions (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM) and Tuesday sessions (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) to interact with existing parents and address any concerns. Act as the communication bridge between parents and activity vendors — no direct parent-vendor interaction without your involvement. Build and maintain warm ongoing relationships with enrolled families to ensure satisfaction and re-enrollment. Maintain a simple weekly log of leads, conversions, and parent feedback to share with the management team.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in community building, parent coordination, education administration, or a similar relationship-facing role. Naturally warm and comfortable in conversations — you should be someone people open up to easily. Fluent in Hindi and English — both spoken and written. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic Google tools. Available on Saturdays and Tuesdays without conflict. Genuinely interested in child development — you don't need a formal background, but you should care about the work.

What We Are Not Looking For

Someone with a heavy sales background who is used to closing aggressively. Someone who treats parent interactions as transactions. Someone looking for a full-time role — this is intentionally part-time.

Working Days & Hours

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (mandatory — in person at the centre) Saturday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM (mandatory — in person at the centre) One additional flexible day per week for lead follow-up, calls, and coordination (can be remote)
