Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and products. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development experience, and a passion for building efficient, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases, pain points, and requirements to deliver user-focused solutions
• Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Define appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies
• Create high-level architecture and system design documents
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Define and implement software testing strategies, policies, and best practices
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Follow best engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and code reviews
• Implement security best practices including data protection, encryption, and anonymization
• Develop interactive user interfaces and scalable backend services such as APIs and microservices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their adoption
  
  

Must-Have Skill Set

• Strong programming experience in Python and Java
• Minimum 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in software development
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience in Teamcenter customization and configuration
• Experience in software architecture and system design
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and automated testing
• Experience developing APIs, microservices, and backend systems
• Understanding of security best practices in software development
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skill Set

• Full-stack development experience (UI + backend)
• Experience optimizing application performance and scalability
• Exposure to cloud platforms or modern deployment strategies
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
