Job Description

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Asian dishes, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring
Support senior chefs in cooking Asian specialties
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks
Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes
Contribute to a positive and teamwork-oriented kitchen environment
