The Opportunity

Looking to build your expertise in rural and agricultural property within a respected Somerset firm?

We're working with a long:established practice seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their specialist team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agricultural exposure or a strong commercial property background who is keen to deepen their knowledge in this niche and rewarding sector.

The Work

You'll advise on a varied and high:quality caseload including:

• Sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and agricultural land
• Agricultural tenancies (AHA and FBT agreements)
• Easements, covenants, rights of way and title matters
• Rural development and diversification projects
• Strategic, commercially focused advice tailored to landowners and rural businesses
  
  

The role offers autonomy, client contact and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser within the rural community.

About You

• 3+ years' PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Background in commercial property with exposure to agricultural/rural matters preferred
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Commercially astute with a practical, solutions:focused mindset
• Keen to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
