Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager based in Mumbai. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for executing business plans, managing commercial operations, overseeing contracts, and ensuring effective team performance. Additionally, this role involves analyzing financial data, cash flow management, customer wise profitiability tracking, and ensuring efficient management of resources to improve overall business profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial Management and Contract Management to oversee contracts and financial operations effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify market trends, and support strategic decision-making
• Experience in Business Planning to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals
• Excellent Team Management skills to promote collaboration and achieve operational efficiency
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain and enhance relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or related industries will be a plus
