An established and fast-growing international trading business is seeking a Graduate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong interest in logistics and/or commercial operations to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position sits at the centre of the business, supporting commercial trading activities while coordinating domestic (UK & EU) logistics. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of international trade, including documentation, supply chain coordination, and customer/supplier relationship management.

The role is designed as a development pathway, offering structured learning and the opportunity to progress into a commercial or trading role.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics)
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A genuine interest in logistics, international trade, and commercial business operations

Desirable:

• Internship, placement, or project experience related to business, logistics, or supply chain
• Evidence of commercial awareness or interest in trading environments
