Commercial Finance Specialist

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Own Export Commercial Finance operations including invoicing, documentation, pricing execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage export pricing structures, payment terms, incoterms, and trade schemes to ensure smooth order execution
• Handle export claims, reconciliations, and customer account settlements with high accuracy and within defined timelines
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for seamless export order processing and dispatches
• Monitor export receivables, claim TAT, and aging, and proactively follow up for timely closures
• Ensure compliance with export documentation and invoicing requirements
• Support Sales Commercial Finance activities (domestic) including claims processing, rebates, and margin validations (secondary responsibility)
• Assist in month-end and period-end financial closures related to export and sales
• Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and reconciliations with strong focus on data accuracy
• Support audits and internal controls by maintaining proper export and financial documentation

🔹 Key Skills & Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation)
• Hands-on experience in Export Commercial Finance / Export Operations Finance
• Strong understanding of:
• Export pricing structures
• Payment terms (advance, credit, LC overview)
• Incoterms
• Trade schemes and distributor models
• Export invoicing & documentation basics
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to timelines
