Location: Pune, India | Hybrid

Salary: ₹12L–16L CTC (depending on experience)

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst – Ecommerce & Pricing to help drive profitable growth through commercial reporting, pricing analysis and business insights.


About the role

You'll become a trusted commercial partner to our Ecommerce business, transforming data into meaningful insight that supports pricing decisions, profitability and commercial performance.


Working closely with Finance, Ecommerce, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, you'll produce leadership-ready reporting, analyse margin performance, support forecasting and budgeting, and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong analytical capability with commercial thinking.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop commercial dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and Excel.
  • Analyse sales, pricing, margins and promotional performance.
  • Support pricing governance and pricing reviews.
  • Produce forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Deliver business insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting automation and data quality.
  • Support commercial planning and decision making.


About you

You'll bring:

  • Experience in commercial analytics, pricing, business intelligence or commercial finance.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI capability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience within Ecommerce, FMCG, retail or manufacturing is advantageous.
