This is a full-time remote role for a Collections Manager. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage collection processes, implement strategies to recover outstanding debts, and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts, leading a team of collection specialists, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing data to optimize collection strategies, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes. Effective communication and the ability to navigate sensitive financial conversations are key components of this role.

• Proficiency in managing collections processes, debt recovery, and accounts receivable
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in guiding collections teams
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to debt collection
• Analytical skills for data evaluation and strategy optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit management preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
