Role Description The Collection Center Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholka, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the collection center. This includes coordinating the receipt, verification, and documentation of incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and handling according to company guidelines. The role involves working closely with suppliers and transport partners, resolving discrepancies, and supporting timely dispatch of materials to processing or distribution locations. The executive will monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance at the facility, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with the central operations team to improve efficiency. This position requires consistent on-site presence, clear communication with stakeholders, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations at a collection or warehouse center, including material handling, inventory tracking, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic numerical skills for record-keeping, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory management tools, and willingness to learn new systems.
- Understanding of safety, hygiene, and quality practices in handling natural or agricultural products.
- Ability to work on-site in Dholka on a full-time schedule and manage physically active tasks as required.
- Prior experience in collection centers, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification at the high school or diploma level; higher education in commerce, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
