Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agency Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Collection Agency Manager will oversee day-to-day debt recovery operations, manage a team of collection agents, and coordinate with legal counsels and clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring performance metrics, utilizing predictive analysis tools, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in debt recovery strategies and legal counsel coordination Experience with predictive analysis tools and AI-driven systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement and monitor performance metrics Knowledge of regulatory compliance in debt collection Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in FinTech or debt recovery industry is a plus
