Lumisha India Private Ltd is a business support and virtual assistance company providing customer engagement and outbound calling services for international clients. Based in Kolkata with a presence in Delaware, USA, we support businesses through professional communication, lead generation, and operational support.

We are currently expanding our team to support USA-based logistics and freight companies through outbound cold calling and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to logistics companies in the USA
• Introduce services and generate qualified leads
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for clients
• Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
• Handle objections professionally and build rapport with prospects
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking skills with clear pronunciation
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Comfortable working with targets and call volumes
• Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in USA logistics / freight / trucking campaigns
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus
