Job Description

Key Responsibilities Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across languages (Python/JS/Java or as required). Collaborate with AI systems to refine prompts, validate outputs, and integrate AI-generated code. Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability. Build reusable components, libraries, and automation scripts. Review and validate algorithmic logic, AI model outputs, and code recommendations. Collaborate with product owners and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks. Implement version control best practices using Git/GitHub. Support integration of AI-assisted coding tools into development workflows. Required Skills & Experience Strong programming fundamentals in at least two languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, etc.) Good understanding of software engineering principles: OOP, design patterns, clean code. Experience with APIs, microservices, and automation scripting. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Code Interpreter, ChatGPT, and IDE plugins). Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Ability to analyse AI-generated code for accuracy, correctness, and security. Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills. ? Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of RPA, low-code automation, or workflow engines Exposure to LLM-based development workflows Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-agent orchestration
