This is a contract-based on-site role located in Chennai for a COBOL Trainer. The COBOL Trainer will be responsible for delivering in-depth technical training sessions to corporate clients, designing and customizing instructional materials, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. The role involves monitoring trainee progress, evaluating learning outcomes, and providing support to ensure a comprehensive understanding of COBOL programming concepts and applications.

• Strong skills in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in delivering technical training sessions, especially related to COBOL
• Ability to create and implement effective training materials tailored to diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with corporate environments and team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
