As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cyberei Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological vision and leading the development of cutting-edge solutions that drive brand awareness and growth for our clients. You will be instrumental in building a top-notch team and guiding them to develop custom web applications such as CMS, CRM, E-commerce, ERP, POS, APP Integrations and other management applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing effective SMM (Social Media Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to optimize our clients' online presence.

Requirements

Investment and Equity Stake: Candidates at the top management level, with an investment capability of INR 20 lacs, will be considered. Upon joining, they will receive a company stake equivalent to the investment without any prior salary until the company becomes profitable.

Prestigious Background: We are seeking candidates with a prestigious background, preferably Ex IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) or Ex-FAANG (former employees of leading tech companies like Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google), who are aspiring to embark on their entrepreneurial journey and dream of becoming future giants in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

Technological Vision: Develop and communicate the company's technological vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with our business objectives and customer needs.

Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Custom Web Applications: Oversee the development of custom web applications, including CMS, CRM, E-commerce, ERP, POS, and other management applications, ensuring they meet quality and functionality standards.

SMM & SEO Strategy: Devise and implement effective Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to boost our clients' brand awareness and online visibility.

Technology Trends: Stay abreast of the latest technological trends, industry developments, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Security & Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all technology solutions, adhering to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of technology projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to our clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze technological requirements and opportunities for clients.

Work closely with the executive team to align technology strategies with business goals.

Interview and onboard talented technology professionals who match the company's vision.

Oversee the development and testing of web applications to ensure quality and functionality.

Monitor and optimize SMM & SEO efforts to drive organic growth and website traffic.

Lead meetings and presentations with clients to discuss technical aspects of projects.

Monitor and analyze website and application performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience.

Foster a culture of learning and professional growth within the technology team.

Identify and address potential technological risks and obstacles proactively.

Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage additional expertise and resources.
