Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Punching Operator role based at the Alwar facility. The CNC Punching Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC punching machines for sheet metal components used in switchgear and power distribution panels. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring efficient production according to specifications. The role involves performing routine machine inspections, basic maintenance, and quality checks to meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards. The CNC Punching Operator will work closely with production and quality teams to optimize output, minimize downtime, and follow workplace safety and housekeeping guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including setup, adjustment, and safe use of CNC punching equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling or related metalworking processes to support precision fabrication activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including measurement techniques, visual inspection, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, diploma, or certificate in mechanical, fitter, machinist, or related trade.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or panel manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Awareness of safety practices, good housekeeping, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to collaborate within a production team.
