CNC Programmer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer located in Noida. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programming, interpreting technical drawings, setting up precision machining and milling operations, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. Daily tasks will include collaborating with engineering and operations teams, troubleshooting programming or machining issues, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming with the ability to create, edit, and optimize CNC machine codes
• Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and ability to interpret blueprints or schematics accurately
• Experience with Machining and Milling processes, focusing on precision and quality
• Competence in using Programming tools and software for manufacturing systems
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining errors
• Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high standards in production
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Associate degree, diploma, or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
